GOD - We believe there is one God, manifested in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things and the Ruler of the Universe. (Philippian 2:6; Matthew 3:16-17; John 10:30)
JESUS CHRIST - We believe Jesus Christ is alive. He is the Son of God and Lord of the Church. He existed from the beginning, came to earth through a virgin birth, fully God and fully man. He was crucified and He rose again three days later, providing salvation for all who would believe in Him. (John 1:1; Isaiah 9:6; Acts 1:9-11)
THE HOLY SPIRIT - We believe the Holy Spirit dwells in the hearts of all believers, He gives us the power to live a life after Christ's example, guides us into what is right, and is the revealer of all truth. (John 15:26; II Corinthians 3:1; Ephesians 1:13)
THE SCRIPTURES - We believe in the supremacy of scripture and that the Holy Bible is the inspired infallible Word of God. The Holy Bible is our final authority in determining absolute truth, what we believe and how we live. (II Timothy 3:16; I Thessalonians 2:13; and II Peter 1:21)
THE CHURCH - We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ. We believe the church to be more than just a building or a gathering of people. It is a House of Prayer. The Church is a royal priesthood of believers living in personal relationship with Christ and in harmony with one another under the direction of the head of the Church, Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 56:7; Mark 11:15-17; I Corinthians 6:15-19; II Corinthians 1:1; Romans 16:5, I Peter 2:4-9; Ephesians 2:19-22; I Corinthians 12:12-31; Romans 12:4-5; and Ephesians 4:11-16)
THE GREAT COMMANDMENT - We believe that the Great Commandment is the foundation for all relationships. We must first love God with all our heart, soul and minds before we can love others as God loves us and as we love ourselves. (Matthew 22:36-39)
THE GREAT COMMITMENT - We believe that in order to follow God's great Commandments we must deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Christ. (Matthew 16:24 and John 15)
THE GREAT COMMISSION - We believe it is the mission of the church to advance the kingdom of God by making disciples of all nations. It is the responsibility of every believer to carry out the Great Commission as an Ambassador of Christ and a Minister of God's Reconciliation. (Matthew 28:16-20; II Corinthians 5:17-20; Acts 1:8)
THE GREAT Requirement - We believe that God requires of the Church what is right, just and good; to love kindness and to walk humbly with God. (Micah 6:8)
