Jason Dillard
Pastor

Pastor Jason came to Crossroads in June of 2012. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Jason worked in marketing and branding before answering a call to ministry that led him to Asbury Theological Seminary where he received a Master of Divinity. Raised in South Georgia, Jason enjoys all things outdoors, cooking, writing, Crossfit, and raising his daughters, Josie Grace and Adeline, with his wife, Tawndee. His passion in ministry is teaching the Scriptures in a way that helps people experience God's transforming grace in their own lives.

Daniel Watkins

Daniel Watkins
Director of Youth Ministries

Daniel is from Lithia Springs, Georgia and his wife Ashley is from Warner Robins. They both went to Andrew College, a small Methodist school, where they met one another. After graduating from Andrew, they both went to the University of West Georgia in Carrollton. Currently, Daniel is working as the part-time Director of Youth Ministries and with the Sheriff's Department in Houston County. Ashley helps Daniel with Crossroads' youth ministries and also teaches  at Shirley Hills Elementary School. They have a two beautiful daughters, Cami and Mati.

Deborah Holt
Children's Minister

Deborah Wood Holt is the Crossroads United Methodist Church Children's Minister. She grew up just north of Perry in Macon. She has been married for 13 years to her husband, Patrick Holt and has two children, Ruth and Micah. She also loves animals and currently has two dogs. Deborah has always had a passion for God and children. She began working with children when she was very young. She volunteered in her church nursery before she was out of elementary school, started babysitting at 12, and assisted each summer with Vacation Bible School through her middle and high school years. Deborah also worked with children on mission trips throughout high school, college, and beyond. Deborah's other passion is sharing the Word and Love of God with others. Deborah participated in ministry training opportunities in both high school and college. She received her call to ministry in 2002 and is currently a provisional elder in the South Georgia Annual Conference. Deborah also has a love of learning! She holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Georgia Tech and Masters of Divinity from Duke Divinity School.

Lori Hardy
Lori Hardy
Administrative Secretary

Lori and her family have been attending Crossroads since August 2001. She served as Crossroads' choir director from 2003 to 2008. Her passion for computers and finances led to a shift to becoming our Administrative Secretary in January 2009. As such, she prepares our weekly bulletins, serves as Treasurer for our church and our Mothers' Morning Out program, and is responsible for the calendar. Outside of her job, Lori also serves the Lord through many other ministries at Crossroads. Lori and her husband Clive have been married since 1995 and have two children together, Elizabeth and Leland.

Betty Coleman

Betty Coleman
Church Receptionist

Betty has served Crossroads faithfully since 2004. She represents Crossroads well with her friendly voice, helpful knowledge, and lovely smile. Betty was married to the late Harvey Coleman and has two children and two wonderful grandchildren.

Beth Maddox
MMO Director

Beth has been married to her high school sweetheart for 23 wonderful years and has two beautiful, bright children together. Beth has spent 18 years with the MMO program here at Crossroads and has loved enriching the lives of dozens of children.
