Anyone and everyone!! This program is great for all ages and fitness levels! For men and women! You don't have to learn complicated dance steps or buy expensive equipment! It's easy! You can't do this walk wrong!! Do it at your own pace!!
What IS this program?
Leslie Sansone's Walk Live program is the natural progression from her many best selling DVDs. Her unique mile system uses the music's pace to keep walkers on track to walk the equivalent of 1, 2, or even 3 miles! But it's more than just a stroll around the block! We work every major muscle group including muscles you don't use walking the track. We even include strength training with a simple to use Firm Band!
